Decisions Soon re Sewers

The following is a VERY important message regarding sewers, from Dick Dondero, President of the Clinton Council of Associations. Please read...

I have attached,FYI, the Minutes of the 5/12/15 WPCC meeting. These min. contain a lot of information on the proposed sewer program.

Long Hill, The East end of Shore Rd (east of Ridgewood), Causeway and the west end of Groveway are #1 priority for a Sewer System with a treatment plant off the East end of Rt 1.

The WPCC reviewed a proposal by CDM Eng. to service the BPPA with a Community Septic System located under the BPPA property next to the Tennis Courts rather than including them in the sewer system. The WPCC discussed this option and seemed to favor a sewer solution.

The WPCC reviewed a Proposal by CDM Eng. to service the HVIA with a Community Septic System located in the east end of the Hammock Parkway center strip rather than including them in the sewer system. The WPCC discussed this option and seemed to favor a sewer solution for the western section of the HVIA noting that the Eastern end may not need sewers.

CDM Eng. reviewed the BPRA and due to the size of the lots do not expect to sewer Blake Ave.

Note: I am requesting your comments because the WPCC is getting very close to approving a facilities plan and wants to meet with CCA's Associations. I need to get your input for me to determine how we set up this meeting.
