Governance / Board of Directors

The Clinton Beach Association was established by the Connecticut Legislature in 1967 "to provide for the improvement of the land and adjacent waters of said territory as a residential and resort area and for the health, safety, welfare, comfort, protection and convenience of the inhabitants thereof." 

The day-to-day business of the CBA is managed by its Board of Directors in accordance with its Charter, Bylaws, and the Rules promulgated thereunder.
